The solution receives from the company systems, to which it is integrated, both the warnings of damages and anomalies and the customers’ requests to be connected to the network. Furthermore, it creates the corresponding Work Orders assigning them to the external companies, which will perform the interventions, in compliance with the contract availabilities and SLAs. The work execution will be registered by the maintenance technicians of such companies in Geocall WFM mobile application.
