CUSTOMER’S NEEDS

Scheduling and management of maintenance activities on assets

Adopting a solution integrated with SAP and consisting of an Operation Center for scheduling and monitoring activities, as well as a mobile application tailored to meet field operators’ needs.

This Field Service Management solution was also required to ensure a global template configuration for the rollouts expected all over the world, with multilanguage features and a user-friendly interface.


OUR SOLUTION

Manual and automatic scheduling of Field Service tasks

Geocall allows to manage maintenance notifications and Work Orders through the integration with SAP’s 4HANA, managing both manual and automatic scheduling of maintenance activities for field operators, who are in turn enabled to execute interventions through the mobile application on their smartphones, even offline.

Geocall is integrated with SAP HR for the management of the resources’ work shifts (shifts matrix and controlled facilities), as well as with the CKS document management system and the LDAP Kerberos system.

The worldwide project is aimed at making the solution available to the following countries, starting from Italy:
